You’ve built your experience. Now find a practice that values it.
Purposeful Change Psychotherapy is looking for an experienced Couples Therapist to join our growing practice.
We’re looking for a clinician who has developed genuine depth in couples and relationship therapy, someone who understands that what happens between two people is rarely just about communication. Beneath recurring conflict, disconnection, betrayal, or intimacy concerns are often deeper patterns shaped by attachment, individual histories, identity, trauma, and the ways each partner has learned to protect themselves within relationships.
You know how to work with that complexity.
And you know how to create a therapeutic space where both partners can feel understood while still being challenged to look honestly at the patterns keeping them stuck.
If that sounds like the kind of work you care deeply about, we’d like to meet you.
About Purposeful Change
At Purposeful Change, we believe good therapy should lead somewhere.
Our approach is customized, collaborative, and grounded in helping people understand what is keeping them stuck and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
We value clinical excellence without rigidity, warmth, and evidence-informed care that recognizes the complexity of each person’s history, relationships, culture, identity, and lived experience.
Our therapists bring different areas of expertise and different approaches to their work, and we share a commitment to thoughtful, purposeful therapy and to continuing to grow as clinicians.
We’ve created a practice where experienced therapists have the autonomy to do meaningful clinical work while still feeling connected, respected, and supported.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
You see couples therapy as a specialization, not simply individual therapy with two people in the room.
You’re able to hold complexity without rushing to determine who is right or wrong. You can recognize the patterns underneath conflict, remain grounded when emotions run high, and create enough safety for honesty, accountability, vulnerability, and change.
