Registration Data
This website does not store any registration data. All appointment information and client profiles are stored using an online practice management software called Jane App. Jane Data is encrypted using 256 bit encryption when sent between your device and their servers (in the same way as your banking information would be). Contact Forms
Information submitted through the contact forms on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Office 365 – GoDaddy. GoDaddy adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: GoDaddy Privacy Policy.
These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes and are never used for promotional marketing or shared with third parties.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you choose to receive text (SMS) messages, we collect and use your mobile phone number and any information you voluntarily provide for the purpose of sending you appointment reminders, clinic updates, notifications, and other messages you request.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information collected exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on the types of alerts you sign up for.

Google Analytics
