Introduction
I primarily support adults and individuals who are navigating anxiety, complex trauma, emotional regulation, stress, identity, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I also work with couples, youth, and families when support is needed around communication, behaviour, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, or relationship and family connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we look beneath the surface, build coping strategies that feel realistic, and create purposeful changes that support confidence, connection, and day-to-day functioning.

Many of the adults, couples, and families I work with come to therapy feeling unsure of where to begin. You may be carrying anxiety, stress, trauma, questions around identity and belonging, or patterns in your relationships that feel difficult to shift. Families may be navigating communication challenges, parenting stress, or concerns related to emotional regulation, behaviour, or neurodivergence. My role is to create a supportive space where these experiences can be understood with care, curiosity, and without judgment.
My approach is client-centred, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. Together, we explore what is getting in the way, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build practical strategies that can be used outside of the therapy room.
My experience as an ABA therapist, respite worker, and counsellor-in-training has allowed me to support adults, couples, youth, children, and families across a range of needs, including anxiety, trauma, autism, developmental disabilities, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, relationship stress, and everyday life stressors. These experiences have shaped the way I work, with patience, flexibility, and a strong focus on meeting each client where they are.
I also bring a multicultural lens to therapy and understand that culture, family expectations, identity, relationships, and lived experience can deeply shape how people make sense of themselves and their challenges. I aim to offer a space where clients feel safe to explore their stories while developing tools that support meaningful change.
Whether I am working with an adult navigating anxiety or trauma, a couple seeking stronger communication and connection, a family managing stress or transitions, or a child learning to manage big feelings, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and supported as you move forward.
