My role is to meet you where you are, working side by side with you to achieve therapeutic goals. Our sessions will be characterized by respect, empathy, inclusivity and compassion, creating a space where you can explore, grow, and heal.
Most extended healthcare benefits cover Registered Psychotherapists. Check with your benefits provider to see if your plan covers psychotherapy.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a master’s degree from Yorkville University and licensed through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I aim to create a supportive and collaborative environment for individuals navigating the complexities of mental health.
I adopt a collaborative and goal-oriented approach using various modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), internal family systems (IFS), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). These tools allow me to tailor our sessions to address your unique needs, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), or any other presenting concerns.
I am passionate about removing the stigma around mental health. It takes courage to seek help, and I am genuinely grateful to be part of your wellness journey.
