What is psychotherapy?2024-09-30T16:47:10-04:00

Psychotherapy is a regulated and structured form of therapy that leverages the client-therapist relationship to provide mental health treatment. Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) assist individuals, couples, and families in transforming thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and social interactions. People often turn to psychotherapy when their thoughts, emotions, moods, or behaviours negatively impact their daily life, relationships, or overall enjoyment of life.
